Samples were prepared for both polycrystalline and single crystals, which were arc-melted and grown by the Czochralski-pulling method in a tetra-arc furnace, respectively. Annealing is an important process to enhance sample-quality, namely the residual resistivity ratio. We tried to anneal the samples under various temperatures, which were wrapped by the Ta-foil and vacuum-sealed in the quartz ample, together with the solid state electrotransport method in ultra-high vacuum. The highest residual resistivity ratio was 900 for UGe and 41 for URhGe.

Two ferromagnetic ordering temperatures =30 K and =25 K indicate a different pressure dependence. is approximately unchanged, 30 K at ambient pressure and 40 K at 6-8 GPa, while decreases with increasing pressure and most likely becomes zero at 8 GPa. URhGe is found to be ferromagnetic even at 8 GPa, and then the and values of the electrical resistivity are unchanged against pressure.

We have successfully grown a single crystal of uranium intermetallic compound URhGe. The temperature dependence of electrical resistivity shows highly anisotropic behavior. Two anomalies, which correspond to the magnetic ordering temperatures, were observed in the resistivity, magnetic susceptibility and specific heat measurements at = 30 K and =25 K. The magnetic susceptibility also shows a large uniaxial anisotropy with a magnetic easy-axis along the [010] direction.
